Default Lean at idle, engine stalling out

I need some genius diagnosing this problem. the engine is a 97 F22B2. After starting sometimes it will die after a couple seconds, and other times it runs ok. When idling it idles lean...around 16.0 and when go to give it gas it will stall out and die unless you feather into it. The idle doesn't fluctuate but today while driving I decided to punch it while moving at 50mph and instantly went super lean and tried to die. any thoughts on the culprit? I'm completely stuck on where to start looking. initially i was thinking distributor but that wouldnt affect a lean reading on my wideband.

EDIT: I am getting a CEL but none of them point to a lean condition. 0131, 1298, and 1491.

And the P0131 wouldn't point to a potential O2 (heater cir) issue or the P1491 wouldn't point to a potential EGR issue (insufficient lift)....

I recently went with a "guess" instead of following the codes, guess what- I should have followed the codes first. IMO I'd correct those two codes first before going outside the norm....the ELD high voltage shouldn't be the issue.

Not sure of all of the "mod's" done to this car, but I'd follow the codes first. Flame me if you wish.

Have you made sure the MAP and TPS sensor connectors aren't switched? The values will cause incorrect feedback but not so much to set a DTC. The connectors are the same confguration and will easily reach eachother. I've seen this before at least 10 times.

So update I actually replaced the throttle body, cleaned the lower IM, replaced the FITV, IACV, and MAP sensors. I double checked the harnesses to make sure they weren't switched (MAP and TPS). So the car idles a bit smoother, but unless I feather the throttle it stalls and tries to die before catching and revving up. If I hit the throttle really hard, it stalls and then backfires.

An update on my EGR system. It's not there anymore thats why I'm getting a 1491 code but that doesn't throw a CEL. nor does the 1298. I know because I cleared the computer and both codes re-registered but there's no light.

Where should I look next? I spoke to the technicians at honda and the ELD is in the main fuse box(which I knew) but it wouldn't affect the car behaving the way it is. I was wondering if a bad distributor or ignition component can cause this?
