Default Idle Status on Transmission

I have a 02 Honda Accord VP 4cylinder

Once my transmission warms up and i stop at a stop sign, my transmission jerks like it is trying to shift.
Any idea what might cause this problem?

I am also wondering what kind of warrenty I have?

3 year/36,000 mile powertrain warranty.
There was an extension on transmission coverage on "certain 00 and 01 Accords and Odysseys". Considering Honda's sensitivity to this topic, you may be warmly recieved at your local Honda Dealership.
It sounds like either the 2-1 shift-down is being delayed as you come to a stop, or the lock-up converter is slow to release

lockup not disengaging properly on torque converter will cause this problem as well.
