Hi guys am a little new to the honda forns. I wanted to know if anyone has seen or even ran in to this problem. The vehicle has the correct amount of freon. A/c clutch kick on and off at idle. But when I go drive it and put the vehicle under a load it blows hot. Is their any kind of troubleshooting I can do to find out the problem?

I am having the same problem with my 2008 EX-L coupe. Its not that bad but super annoying especially in hot weather or when first trying to get the car cool on a hot sunny day. Been to the Honda dealer shop three times.

1st visit: Replaced lo/high presure sensor and a line that had a leak, they tested the system and said it was working as designed. As soon as I drove off it started doing the same thing.

2nd visit: Replaced a/c clutch and stator. They tested and said it was working as designed. I drove off and it worked fine for a couple hours then started acting up again.

3rd visit: They said their machine was not calibrated and that they did not put enough freon in the car. They said they drove the car for an hour and it worked fine. As soon as I drove off it started with the warm/cold air.

I gave up on the dealership. Did you ever find a solution?
