Default Help! please

Car: 2000 Accord Engine: H23a Vtec Blue Top ECU: PCB Location: Wisconsin

Ok for some reason I can not get this engine running right with car.

It is blowing white smoke than after awhile it is blowing light grayish/black. I put coolant and bleed it. What is the cause?

It also sat out in the winter so moister built up, I see it coming out of exhaust no coolant smell.

How long did the motor sit out before swapped into car? Did the block ever sit out with the head off? Sometimes if the motor sits out for too long it may be a good idea to take off the head to be sure there is no build up around the cylinder walls. If not you have the chance of damaging the piston rings. Not saying thats your problem but its worth throwing out seeing as you have lots of views and no response.

Also what do you mean you can't get it running? How are you seeing smoke if its not running?

There are lots of questions that can be asked and i think you need to be more specific as to what took place before trying to start the car. I assumed you did a swap. Did you reassemble it yourself?

As soon as I got the engine from hmotorsonline, I swapped the engine in.

I have it running just sounds unusually. I just wasn't driving the car during the winter.
