Lotsa possibilities...
If your temperature gauge is reading normal, then look for a broken/disconnected cable from your control lever to the heater valve, air bubbles in your heater core, or even a kinked heater hose in the engine compartment. Maybe corrosion/crud in your heater core, but then it would probably be in your radiator too (causing overheating).
If your temperature gauge is reading real cool, the thermostat might be stuck open. So the coolant never gets hot.

i would check the cable the for the heater ****.
i have next to no heat too, when i turn the **** full hot it springs back to about 2/3 hot.
