adjustable ball joints
Hello, quick story......son needed a car, bought car for $300(ooops).car was lowered at time of purchase. myself and son....rebuilt engine after 60 days due to oil pan having holes and throwing rod bearing. present time after that is suspension issues. we put stock struts back in from wrecking yard, new rack and pinion from end to end, new upper control arms, new cross member....isssue today is passenger front has + camber eating tires up like no tomorrow....will last abot 1 month with used tire and decent tread. was told to install adjustable upper ball joints. bought TRQ ball joints but they came with no instructions on how to install. would it be easir to get the adjustable ones that mount to the car? any help would be great....1994 accord 2 door coupe.

Re: adjustable ball joints
Did you ever take the car to an alignment shop and get them to fix the alignment after doing all that work? Sounds like the toe is way out. Toe causes way more tire wear than camber does. Adjustable ball joints adjust the camber, not toe. Since you replaced the rack, you were responsible for setting the toe with the tie rod ends in the front. Did you do that? Or did you just throw it on and hope for the best? This can only be done with any degree of accuracy by a shop with an alignment rack anyway.
You can't just swap suspension parts and call it good. Any change to the suspension requires an alignment. Just changing from the lowering springs back to stock is reason for an alignment, let alone all the other stuff you did.
It's usually $100 or less to get a 4 wheel alignment. Take it to a shop. They will line up what they can and tell you if you need replacement parts. Putting adjustable ball joints on an otherwise stock suspension is not necessary at all and not going to fix your issue.
