hey i got a 95 accord and the ABS indicator light turned on...so i take it to the dealer and have the 60,000 mile tune up and ****, they said everythings fine and yet the ABS light is still on...does anybody know what it could be?? i already searched but its just not that specific...any help would be great thx!

 

What trouble code does it have stored?

Did not know that ABS light will throw a trouble code....

Anyway, try pulling the fuse and replacing it.

 

nah it wasnt the fuse
anymore ideas???
and nah its not throwing any codes..

 

flushes your fluids
you either have air bocket in the brake lines
or air pocket in the aba modulator

just bleak them out flush the abs fluid
it'll be the best 30 $ you've spent

and if you want to the rad, engine and tranny oil at the same time
your accord will thank you

i have the ABS problem too. When i put the car into gear and drive for 3-5 secs the ABS light turns on and I hear a clicking sound near the glove box. How do i check for the ABS codes? What connectors do i connect? i am confused.. please help

 

if youve flushed everything out and its still on, your fine, you just wont have ABS......its overrated anyways

 

yeh ill give that a try...but i would also like to know how to check the codes...anyone ?

Jump the service check connector like you would a CEL. It should flash a code quickly followed by a sub-code.

 

I do know the clicking sounds are the ABS relays in the engine compartment. That used to make me wonder too.
