Default 99accord...Turbo/nos/f23 or h22s swap

Ive gotta 99 accord f23a1 5 speed and A $5000 budget. Ive heard the f23 is a killer engine if built correctley ie.. turbo/nitrous but , for arround the same price Its possible to swap the 223hp h22s from the 99 prelude. My f23 has 75000 miles on it and i really dont know if It would take the abuse From a tubo and nitrous setup. its driving me crazzzzzy.

My F23A1 has 60000 miles on it and turboed at 5 psi daily. If you do a lot of the work yourself you can have a very nice turboed F23 for 5k.

I would get:
Custom turbo kit
AEM EMS
Tuned

Then you have a very good platform for building later on for high boost.

I am an automotive tech so I will do all of the work myself. Would you reccomend any type of engine or valve train mods?

the f23 will handle about 10-12 psi of boost daily driven if you get it tuned correctly.

def boost, the h22a engine you are thinkin of (220 horse one) is the h22a type s and that is WAY too much concerning you could get way more out of a turbo than that engine anyday. its like 3500 for a complete swap, which is just not worth it.
