Don't give up on her jsut yet. Check your VAFC wiring. I'm not a fan of them, but if you need it. You should make sure it's wired up and working properly.

Re: 96 accord h22 swap with h22a4 dizzy
its wired up and running each time l put the key in. so vafc is fine. and l double checked wires. got fuel set. so its either my timing is off or dizzy wiring. which both are big pains to deal with. ive done almost every wire combo lm comfortable with so......

There really aren't that many legitimate combo's when it comes to wiring. I would look at the physical timing, it you have fuel, fire and a working EMS.

Re: 96 accord h22 swap with h22a4 dizzy
ok so it seems to be that the 4 wire connector goes to external coil. which is blk-grn-yel/grn-yel and the 2 wire connector goes to harness which is blue-blk/yel so this has to be my problem anyone know how this wires up to a obd2 accord and msd coil?

h22a4 Dist---------Accord Engine harness
yel------------------YEL (CYPP ECU C4)
yel/grn--------------YEL/GRN (Ignition input to ICM)
blk------------------BLK (CYPM ECU C14)
grn------------------MSD Coil - terminal (Primary output control)
blk/yel-------------- MSD Coil + terminal & also splices off to the BLK/YEL on the distributor (ICM - IGN Power)
blue---------------- BLU (RPM output ICM)
yel------------------YEL (CYPP ECU C4)
yel/grn--------------YEL/GRN (Ignition input to ICM)
blk------------------BLK (CYPM ECU C14)
grn------------------MSD Coil - terminal (Primary output control)
blk/yel-------------- MSD Coil + terminal & also splices off to the BLK/YEL on the distributor (ICM - IGN Power)
blue---------------- BLU (RPM output ICM)
3 wire connector (OEM external coil)
BLK/YEL - Coil (+) 12v power source
YEL - 12v power going out to ICM
GRN - Coil (-) goes out to ICM (distributor connector C138)
C138 (4 wires connected to the distributor)
BLK - CYPM (ECU C14)
YEL - CYPP (ECU C4
YEL/GRN - Ignition input from A20/ECU
GRN - Coil Ground
C125 (2 wires connected to distributor)
BLK/YEL - Connects to YEL 12v wire from coil
BLU - goes to RPM Output of ICM
This is exactly how I had my Accel 2pin coil hooked up to my Accord. Your H22 is colour coded the same as the external (F22B2) Accord distributor that I used.
Do you have spark?
How did you test for spark?

ok a td-60 dizzy is a jdm 92-95 obd1 would it work on my obd2 and pass emissions? also what about this dealing with crank sensors?
then the td-89u is a obd2 internal jdm h22 dizzy this would work for sure but has like 8 wires l think to my stock 5 wire on harness. how would this be wired up if l did get it?
