The Official EF Discussion Thread
wow! I was talking to my girl about your accident saying all that damage, and it didn't seem as if any of your aftermarket stuff got any kinds of serious injury... That's good though.
i hope to find out this week if they are salvageable after i finalize insurance. sux the innovative traction bar is scrap. i'm sure the hemi bearings are still good if anyone can use them
now i'm just searching for and printing out receipts

What do you guys think about this car? I've never owned an ef hatch but I'm looking for a winter beater and possible project. I've already driven a crapbox CRX and there are no decent sedans anywhere close. Its got some rust but looks fairly decent for being in the midwest.

Been looking for a winter beater. I test drove an 89 civic today. It was not even worth it. Rusty, needed a clutch, Suspension was making a thud under load... I guess Toyotas really are the best cars ever made. I've gone and spoiled myself. Driving an EF felt like a step back to the stone age.
I love my MR2s but I'm really not very interested in owning a corolla unless I were to somehow find a GTS. I've owned a few EFs in the past and they're pretty cool minus a few things so I haven't ruled out owning another one.
