The Official EF Discussion Thread
Yeah ill text you later, not much, just changing up the wheels since i sold my rnrs to bart for an engagement ring that turned out to be a waste. We life we learn.
i really like that interior you have there. I wanted to put the integra console and arm rest in my wagon, but the seat belts got in the way. that frustrated me. maybe one day i'll convert from auto seatbelts to the regular ones and then i'll have room for a cheap armrest?
are those seats from 99-00 civic?
are those seats from 99-00 civic?
they arent from the 99-00 civic, theyre actually DA integra seats.
. DC or DA. i forget which but from an integra nonetheless
And thanks for the offer thats real nice of you man, next time i order something ill keep that in mind.
i want to go... and it depends on how my crazy track-schedule is going at the point. i've got 3 track days within a week of IA..haha
Good Jolly! My car say like that for some time.. Are you going with a bath tub clean shaven? Only downside I found to my bay afterwards was that all the hard time consuming meticulous work I put in.. black paint didn't show it off. Good luck with it....
Never been to IA, but enough EF'ers get down and Im always game for a road trip.

You guys should def drive out!! It would be awesome, if you guys are serious I can give you the hotel we are staying at, same goes for everyone!! Everyone goes and parties at the la Quinta but we stay a couple miles away and its nice and quite!
He gave me some too! I bought a box of small washers to put under the bolts if anyone needs 8 of those too.
what type of clutches are you guys using? I'm gonna make around 220whp, and i have an oem replacement in there now. So i'm wondering what you guys think would be a good upgrade if i need one.
i spent the day wrenching on an EF...
first, i made a battery mount for my new optima. took about 8 minutes. i cant wait to use an optima. i've wanted an optima battery ever since they came out!
then...
we have a bit of an oddball project going here, and its almost done. we have a bit of wiring to finish (FULL custom harness), and the fuel cell mount is almost done (the fuel "cell" is a symetical double-basin old stainless steel kitchen sink cut in half, welded together, and made into a 0$ cell). we have to run it, tune it, and then take it apart for a complete 200$ paint job, then it needs to go and win the Grassroots Motorsports 2011$ challenge. here are a couple pics from months ago.
this car is nearing mechanical completion, has a fully built (with used parts ) turbo D, apexi turbo setup, valvetrain/cam from crower (used , used, used, old)
we're shooting for 270 whp...these turbo setups, somehow, are known to be able to do 300 WHP..its not as small as it looks. i mgiht build a different manifold though, that stock Apexi one blows. tuned with crome, . the suspension consist of used konis if we can find them. currently its rolling on a mix-match of stuff. it will roll on cast-off hoosier a6s. complete budget is under 2000$. luke has been collecting parts for this car for years. you cant build a car for this cheap and do it quickly

Exhaust for turbo is done

What is that driveshaft doing there?

Rear diff mounted:

Rear subframe mounted:

Trailing arms!

Positve camber! (fixed...not positive anymore)

please dont post pics anywhere else...[/QUOTE]
