I really need to figure out what to do next. I really want to do a track day, but I don't know what to do next.

$500 to spend.

Just want my car as trackworthy as possible.

what you do is take your car how it sits now. then after a hpde weekend, make necessary improvements. the best car to take to the track the first time is a stock car.

not complicated...just imo wiring is from the devil so i do my best not to touch them. it's pretty easy and the forum on HRTuning.com has a lot of info and they're quick to answer questions.

this is how i have mine set-up

and i'm running the oil pressure and temperature senders to it

qft!

ran an hpde with mine again yesterday and i almost got it the way i want it. just need more power now. i was pulling cars through the turns but they were catchin back up to me on the straights. but i was also running abunch of mustangs and a few C6 Z06 vettes lol

and now i get to pull the trans on my car. when i was leaving the event my clutch was engaging very harsh and not completly wanting to disengage, and now its making noise. so now i get to replace my throw out bearing, but i figured i may as well upgrade everything while im in there so new clutch and flywheel on the way as well.

and now i get to do it all with road rash and a broken foot. going down a curvy road on my bike and came around a turn with a truck passing another car in my lane and all i could do was lay the bike down. and the ******* that ran me off the road didnt bother checking on me either. oh well, glad im alive and well because by the looks of the bike, i should still be in the hosptial

ahh i am planning on running the RD-1. from what i gather, its pretty plug and play with s300 as you can just plug into the usb dataport for all of the info.

yeah it pretty much plug into it and gets all the reading from your ecu. or in your case, s300. the rd-1 came out after i got mine, but i think the TVII is a better choice for me. i think with the rd-1 it's look good just replacing your cluster with it
