The Official EF Discussion Thread
I'll look into those. Do you guys have any place that you would recommend me look for them at?
I've been on Ksports for the last three years and they blew a few months ago. It's either get them rebuilt or buy something different...I loved them but the ride was a little stiff for a daily. Actually, the rex isnt my daily anymore so I dont mind the stiff ride as long as it handles well.
Anyone want to buy some blown ksport coilovers? You can send them in to be rebuilt!

Def get the Apex ones.. The lowest rates possible(will still be much stiffer than stock)
Sold the EF the other day. But ordered Koni/GC setup today for the eg sedan with 400f 500r rates.

i recently bought a ef sedan 91 lx, my question is the seatbelt clip the one that is supposed to move down when you open the door and go up when it is closed it won't move it stays at the top. can anyone help me out, how can i get them working? can it be a fuse that's blown or something? Thanks guys

thanks for the reply.both of them stay on top. i am going to check out the green plug you say. do you know what fuse it is just for future reference? i really like this civic and everything is working great except for the power seatbelts.
I'm not sure about the fuse. Check the diagram on the underside of the fuse panel cover. It should be pretty clearly labled.
By the way, this thread will probably be of interest and help to you.
Here is the info that helped me with my relentless beeping and light flashing problem a few months back.

doing this you will still be able to drive with the seat belts and you can unclip and clip the shoulder buckle whenever you use the car until you find the cause of your problem...i have been driving this way for well over 2+ years with no problems whatsoever and its like you are using manual seat belts...this remedy can be used as a temporary or long term fix depending on if you ever decide to fix them but at least the beeping will go away.

Why not just take it to honda and have them check it out? Seatbelt issues are a lifetime warranty issue. They will inspect the seatbelt to find the problem and if something needs to be replaced they should do it for free.
I took mine by and they said I'd have to come back between 8-5 during the week which isn't usually an option for me. The dealership is a PITA and not very helpful on warranty issues. Eventually I will take it to a dealership somewhere else and have it checked out.
Got back from ITR EXPO X on Tuesday night...still exhausted. What an insane trip!!! AZ to IL and back! :/
First things first: My car pretty much was trying to or was overheating anytime we were off the interstates. SHITTY!
Adam (Redzcstandardhatch) came through like no other. He and his brother Jeremy were more than welcoming to use his place, time, knowledge and hands. They helped me theories on wtf was going on with my car, tear apart the entire cooling system, run for parts, get food...the whole F'n deal.
These guys don't mess around either. They work incredibly fast and efficiently.
While I was there I got to see two of the most legendary EFs ever! Gutty and his red boosted F series hatch. INCREDIBLE!!!!
Adam and Jeremy; I can't express how incredibly grateful I am to you and your crew. I wish there was something in my power that I could do to repay your generosity. If it wasn't a big deal for you guys it was HUGE for me. If you ever get to these parts of the woods (desert) hit me up and its on.
Simply put...thank you.
Alright...enough nut swingin' for a bit.
On with the pics (iPhone pics so bare with me).
Before we got on the road with my new TE37's

Somewhere early in our trip in AZ (F my finger
)

Met up with another fellow R owner in Tulsa...his name now escapes me :/

Adams' hood...GUTTY (crazy workmanship and fab for literally no monies)

Some rest stop near the OK and TX boarder where we slept in our cars

Home! SURVIVED!

I didn't get any pics of the car on the track...but I'm sure there are some floating around from the event. Thats the trip in a nutshell. I must have been crazy to do that trip with no AC.
