Haha! I was thinking the same thing! Have you also noticed how full of themselves they are!

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">"Not trying to brag, but our hood dampers will kick the **** out of anything offered by anyone else."

"What makes the PWJDM hood damper better than anything else out there, is that we've designed this damper especially for everything from a stock heavy metal hood, to a featherweight CF hood. How is this possible? With the PWJDM hood damper, you can adjust down the pressure within the damper itself! This is an industry first, and just goes to show Password's continued commitment to this industry."</TD></TR></TABLE>

Yeah continued commitment to ripping people off is more like it! Big ******* deal, so you can adjust the dampers, still not worth $125 imo. They look like those ebay dampers!

$129 to hold the hood open?! That seems like a waste of money.
I have another windshield question. Well, 2 actaully. #1, would it be possible to pull one myself at a junkyard, and how exactly would it be done? #2, when I have my car painted, would it be best to remove the windshield trim but leave the glass in until after it's painted? My windshield has a huge crack, and I'm fairly sure my insurance co. will pay for the new one.

It is possible - if you know what you're doing or have a person with you who does. Really, i dont know how much they would actually charge for a windshiled at a junkyard. Then you have to buy a new moulding (the guy i know 'saved' mine the first time, but after the second new windshield he put in within a few days it was not a clear seal) You need more than one person to take it out if you dont have the right tools as well. All in all, i think it is just best to have it installed by a prof.

Those are, by far, the best EF's.

Password is rediculous. I really wish people would stop giving them their money.

I just wondered if a do it yourself guy could remove a window, but I'm guessing it requires some special tools. I'll just let my insurance handle it. What about leaving it in or out for painting?

I would imagine it's much better to leave it out when painting. You'll get a more through job, instead of tape lines.

Damn, you're right. I guess i'll never post pics. Not on HT at least. To many copycats and biters. Look how many "battleshit gray" Interiors and engine bays popped up just in 06-07. That color on interior, bays, and underbodys has been around since the 90's on race cars.

I don't think you'll have to worry about that.

guys i need your help. is this going to need a proffesional frame pull. or will a hammer and tough love fix it. or would it be smarter to just get a new bulk head from the junkyard?
