everyone finds JESUS, wile in jail. Thats the only book in there to read. Once he gets out thow. He's going to go find his homeboy Jesus from 8th street, and start jacking again.
What I hope for, is that someone breaks his legs, or hand, or hurts him in jail. So when he gets out he can't steal anymore.

Maybe he could be rehabilitated. Maybe he was stealing to feed his family. I'm not defending what he did/does, but he has the right to be forgiven, if he choses.

Then you take it to the police dept and see if anyone claims it for a week or so...Pen's get taken by accident all the time. Unless you are talkin about someone stealing their bosses nice pen...There is a reason why the law has categories of theft. Some are more serious than others and deserve harsher punishment.
