is some of the water getting in around where the tube connects in the sunroof opening? maybe not all the water is going down in the tube, but rather on the outside of it. check the rubber seal/gasket that the roof closes against also. i think mine leaked sometimes too. i fixed it by selling it

try the tail light gaskets...the like to leak on hondas...

 

or it could be the gasket under that hatch

Ohhh yea. Those tail light gaskets were shot on my hatch when i first got it WAY back when.

Try your drip guards on your roof. Where your dripguard ends and the hatch begins. The filler honda used starts to crack.
