Just curious...but how many of you EFers drive around without the inner fender lining? I was thinking about lowering my car more but in order to do so I'd either need to dial in some more camber or remove the fender lining
.
That and my driver's side ripped out a few weeks ago
...so if anyone has the driver's side inner fender lining for an 88-89 Civic Hatch lemme know

hell nah keep that ****..
it looks so dirty when i see cars without the fender lining because they want to go lower. and then when you drive through puddles and **** you have a possibility of water splashing up in parts where you don't want it. And also on the back side of your fender you will have a pile up dirt. I got pissed when the shop took mine off and threw them away, now i have to find some more

My shop did the same thing to my driver side and now dirt and **** gets thrown between my headlight and corner light and dirt gets stuck right on the front of my bumper. ****** sucks since it's new paint and dirt and mud are getting thrown right on it. Def keep the fender lining if you want it to stay clean.

exactly what i pleaded to ENM. i even told him to put the thread in EF civic or GDD, we dont care. its on all our recent topics list so what does it matter where it is? i pointed out to him that the EF/CRX forum is just ridiculous and that i could count the intelligent peoplel in there on one hand, therefore we just stick to our thread. so, he finally opened it.

Just curious, whats the emblem mean? 1.6 litre of course, injected(i) ok yeah and the 16 = valves? Was this model just called the "Honda Civic SE" or "Civic SE 1.6i-16"?
What other Euro/UK models were there? I know ive stumbled across them over the years.

Can anyone help me out with this problem.
I'm driving and I switch from 2nd to 3rd and all of a sudden the pedal sinks. I thought the clutch cable might have snapped but I switched it with another one and it has the same problem. I'm convinced its something in the clutch pedal. The pedals still there so I know it's not broken but it feels like theres no pressure. Even with the cable tightened. Anyone have ANY input. I gotta go to school tomorrow and I need help.

check your cluth pedal assembly, where it actually pivots under the dash....the weld could have broke causing the pedal not to work when pressed...

The clutch pedal still moves back and forth like normal. The only thing is that there's no "pressure" so to speak. Even when the cable is hooked up it'll only pull the cable a little bit, not enough to allow it to go into gear. I tried 2 clutch cables and its got the same symptons. Would the broken weld allow the pedal to move back and forth? The spring is still moving as well.
