they outlawed ITBs in that class so the guys use the HUGE manifolds with velocity stacks jsut like itbs built inside then have a 100mm TB leading to it. actually ends up working better than ITBs.

Thats the IPS car, btw. Your right, in most cases the IPS i.m. is outperforming ITB's. Plus it's half the price.
