No, I sold it about a year and a half ago. I've got an EF hatch now that is getting a similar treatment. It'll be shaved, tucked, and the brake lines will be under the dash. Plus a couple other secret tricks in the bay I can't reveal.

On my new project the fuse box will be relocated under the dash instead of the firewall and things in the bay that aren't supposed to be painted won't be(i.e. strut bolts, etc.)

Gotta love Walmart. A roll of wire, a $5 soldering tool, a pack of electrical tape for $.47, and your set. This time it will be neater, though, since I will be starting with the motor out.

man it actually looks good to me. if it easier then doing the whole place it in ur heater core thing then send me some instructions. I looked at mine, touched a wire or too then got pissed. Plus I still want to have access to my fise box just incase

theres a guy in washington state that makes those X braces and they are all solid with no hinges/joints. what kind is that?
are there oem foglights for 88-89 spec front ends? is that what i see in the front of the white rex?

threw on the vw lip yesterday havent had time to work on making it a one piece yet got some work to do with it. Busy week for the hatch though my autopower is hear and i just got my sparco just gutted out the rear and going to install everything sometime this week but for now work owns me

i love the bangveks (sp??), they are certainly a different look but i think you pull it off
