I'm also undecided what i want to do. I have a choice to get the rest of my B20 **** and do that swap or for like 2 months I can get my friend's D15B with a DX head. Yeah I know why would a person do such a thing? Actually that motor REALLY moves for a SOHC non VTEC. It was side by side with a LS DA and he has a 91 EF. It has a ZC trans and so I can already get my car multiport. What yall think?
I wish I had done a non vtec b20. Simple, torquey and hella cheap. That with my cable ITR tranny would be neato.
My paint guy stopped by tonight. It's going to cost more than I thought. The roof sheet metal is screwed up. I bought it like that, but hey, I have a rust free shell in WI. Thank you CA! We're thinking of replacing the roof panel rather than try to fix it. Everytime I have to spend money I want to sell this damn thing.
Now I'm at the point again were I say "hey, sell the ef, buy a awd wagon. at least you could drive your project everyday"

People don't research enough, there are options out there. Take this rad for example: http://store.summitracing.com/...w=sku

From side to side, it will fit in here perfectly...

Now, this particular radiator is about 1.5-2 inches too tall to fit under the t-bar, but it could be mounted in there right behind the core support (or in front of it). That means a tucked radiator, and the price is great for a dual core, alum rad.
That was my plan for the hatch project, so I thought I'd share since it's not going to happen now. The only difference would be that I'd flip the rad for K series to move the outlets to the pass side.

Doing the same thing with my GTi rad. Whats the deal with your car? Why are you not doing it? I thought it was in the process?

I've reached a point in my life where I realized it's irresponsible to spend my money that way.
I could afford to finish it, but I'll never recoup most of it. Owning a house for my family to live in, investing in an IRA/401k is wiser in the long run. I want a fenced back yard where I can spend time with my daughter and the next child (a recent development, new baby due in April). I'll always be an EFer at heart, I still have the 4 door after all. That's a car I can actually drive and enjoy.
Honestly, I think I was trying to fill a void with this car. I had no choice, but to part with my AP1 and I never got over that car.
Sorry to disappoint. </TD></TR></TABLE>

I'm selling my oem zc hood and rear wing. Pictures to come. Thought I'd see if you guys wanted either of them. My paint is going to cost more than I thought, so I'm selling stuff I don't "really" need to get this car on the track.

I see what you're saying. I could go off on some corporate America, but I'll save that for another day.
If I want fun/speed I'll buy a bike in the spring, but for now I want to concentrate on investments. I'm tired of giving someone else $600 a month for rent, I'd rather put that into a mortgage. If I play my cards right, I can have 100k saved in 10 years and start my own business, then retire when I'm 40-45. I work for the oldest, and biggest, law firm in the state, so the benefits are amazing. Dropping 15k in a project car would be retarded on so many levels.
