I hate to say this but you're probably the only one in the squad that I will pay attention too because you are the only one that will talk to me or acknowledge what I post on this thread. but it's ok because i'm content and careless. I understand you wanting too sell your bike. I just got a bike last weekend and I found a lot of things that I want for it. But I wouldn't sell my bike because it's making you neglect your car. I would give both of them the same amount of attention.

well I didn't mean just numbers, I mean like overall pros and cons.. like trans selection, mods to make swap work, what other things will be affected by the swap, so on , and so forth.

thats the things the mods are small enough going h2b that i could do it in a weekend if i got everything before hand. trans slection will be a 98 spec itr tranny. there's only a small amount of grinding and i have to raise my hood.

it's just to fit the motor and it wil vent out the heat too?

it will have to be a small factor, to a big gain. i can think of worst things at least i wont be doing it to be mad tight jdm!

Hehe I just picked up on a clean '92 Si shell. Anyways ey Squad does anyone know if the '96 usdm ITR's came in 4x114.3 too?

 

ITR's came out in 97 in the US, so nope, no such thing.

lol I justdon't get it.. it looks goofy and then the front end of the hood doesn't look like it fits correcty. and then any air that you are 'venting' has already passed by the air filter and radiator.. therefore adding no gain.

as for having to do it.. it doesn't seem like it adds that much clearance.. if I could section parts of the underside of the hood instead, I'd do that... but that's just me.
