i have a question, i sold and installed some hid lights to a friend,,,,he got pulled over by a cop 3 days later,,now he wants his money back n returned me the lights..? i know its fukken wack but what should i do??...any suggestions

 

^ idk, if hes a good friend he will take it as a loss on his part. what if he got them from ebay? would they give him his money back because of a ticket?? no, but maybe if they didnt fit.

Don't take it back. His fault he got pulled over. He should have known he was going to get pulled over for it before buying. Not your fault.

i'm sure he knew they were illegal, i'm sure he wants you to pay for his ticket too? idiot. he doesn't deserve anything.

Was it an HID kit or just Xenon bulbs? Either way it should just be like a simple fix it ticket so why would he want his money back at the cost of like a $10 right off?

kinda looks like the SRR and MFactory ones. not sure of the quality of those though.

ask why.... if he says because he got pulled over, tell him he should have known its illegal to mod headlights for more light output.

Yeah, it's my car. We wanted to see if the stock rods would take around 250whp worth of nitrous with really good timing control.

We had already held 200 with no issues so we stepped it up more. Just too much for it so it let go. We have another sleeved motor being built to drop in this weekend and go back out.
