Good find bro. Getting a higher paying job isnt all its cracked up to be. I made 13.50 @ my old job and I saved more there than I make @ my new job and I make a good amount more than that. Moral of the story, more money more problems.

word! I make $25+ an hour right now, and saved money the best when I made $7.25 + tips.

I feel you, I did best when I made $5.25+ plus tips. Ive only had a handful of jobs in my life and it seems that as I make more the less I save. One thing that probably affects that is the amount of bills I have, each update is an upgrade.

I don't want to hear it lol.

When I was in high school working for minimum wage which was like 4.20 back then, I had 10 times the money I make now.

I work two jobs, the lower paying one is 25.50 an hour lol.

Give it a little time man, when I was 22, I think I only made like13.xx-14.xx. Just takes a while to get there.

But nothing changes, you just buy a bigger house, bigger TV, decide three cars is better than 2 cars, **** like that. You never really make any more money, you just get more ****.

Man talk about savings... my mom is always freaking out because I make a good salary but I never have money because I am always paying for something!

Car, gas, insurance, cellphone, food (this can cost a fortune), clothes.... I haven't saved anything at all this summer! I think my last 2 pays of August are going to be put in high rates savings accounts. I have to do it!

Dude, I know the feeling. This sounds rediculous because I am nearly 30 years old, but I am also impulsive and somewhat stupid so it's needed lol.

When I was 18 and just moved out to nc, my mom talked me into bank drafting her 300 bucks a month for her to invest for me. She is pretty well off and damn good with money and she wanted to start me on the right path because as stated before, I am a bit on the impulsive side.

Over the last 11 years, I have kept doing it only she talks me into increasing it every couple of years. At the moment, she gets 1k from me the 15th of ever month and does god knows what with it, but I think I should have a nice chunk of change built up here and there by the time I hit my midlife crisis and need an 18 year old girlfriend, a vette, and a vacation to barbados lol.
