hey guys, i just did a swap into my 92 civic hatch si, and have a couple q's.

I swapped in a poor mans type r (gsr block, b16 head) and i want to keep ps. Now people have told me that i need to use del sol b16 brackets, but i got a printout of what one looks like and it seems like it has the arm that connects to the timing belt motor mount, well i dont think my mount has a hole for that arm to screw onto. so will the del sol ps bracket work? what else do i need to get it to work? i have heard mixed messaged about needing a b series pump or not.

also, my car had a map sensor wired to the engine harness, but my motors harness doesnt have the map sensor wired into it so it must have been one of the firewall mounted harness for map. So what color wires do i need to tap into for my map sensor in the MAIN harness right before it connects to the engine harness at the passenger side strut tower.

i beleive that is all for my q's thanks to anyone who can help

from what i read in the honda manual... page 11-14 the map sensor goes to three wires.

on the MAIN harness they are numbered:

d17 - white
d19 - yel/grn
d21 - grn/blu

*HINT*in wire color descriptions, the first color listed is the main color and the second is the stripe color.

these numbered wires come directly from the ECU to the connection at the firewall. if you search for "ecu pinout" you will find really good diagrams of the actual plugs at the ecu.
