So, I happen to look at the PBIR calendar, just to double check. It says the karting track is closed until next Wednesday, yet the arrive and drive is still shown. I call down there and AMG has a driving school going on. Well, swell, kick me in the nuts and call me Claudio.

talked to my fab guy (lenger racing) my manifold should be done sometime friday if not first thing next week....finally can get this motor buttoned up
I picked up a Cr-v last night fellas. I hella dig it. Its a 2001 Ex 5speed in Electron Blue! It only has 106k on it and the body is in pretty good shape minus a few minor dings, and no rust (yet) crossing my fingers that nothing pops up.

The interior looks like its brand new. I dont understand how someone kept it so clean.
I drove it from Effingham,IL and it was getting about 34mpgs on the highway. Pretty nice car really. Alot more fun to drive that I had expected being a 5speed suv.
Ive got a few things planned for it btw....

speaking of which i gotta pick up a clay bar and some wax....see how much i can make its 9 year old paint job shine...any recomendations guys? for the clay bar and a hand wax
Its a long process if you want to do it right but its well worth it. It makes it go a **** load faster if you use a random orbit buffing wheel for the waxing. I have always used Mothers clay bar kit.
Good luck
Whats everyones opinion on header wrap? I was reading that it deteriorates the header, or the finishing? My header is looking a little old and nasty and I figured I would do something to spruce up the engine bay...
I know Gabe has wrap on his b20 headers, maybe he can chime in.

Instead of heat wrap you could also get it ceramic coated. Thats what I'm doing with all my turbo stuff. Kinda like new age heat wrap

Haha thanks man. I really like it. Its about to get some new shoes and a (4) pack of rubbers.
