Offical eH squad list.
Plan is to put my d15b from my hatch into my sedan because the originally d16z6 isnt holding coolant and was running about a week before I bought it, but is no longer. Owner told me he believed it needed a headgasket
I tried my dizzy to see if itll turn over but no dice. So I did a compression test and my numbers were 80-50-0-0. So I guess Ill put a headgasket in to see if that does the trick, and if not, its getting swapped out anyways. Just would like to get the motor somewhat in working order because my buddy needs a motor to get his shell from his old apartment to his parents house. :/

Thanks man! Lol not a beast yet, it still needs to get running!
Yep. Took it over to my buddies house last night so he can get started on the manifold and downpipe. After that all I need is a tune and some new tires for the street! ... Until my clutch takes a dump on me.. lol.

you should see the side shot of it. the george foreman grille on the front isn't scaring anyone. but the side shot would make george foreman yell "hide yo kidz!"
finally found a shot/footage of my car. lol. i was on my cooldown lap before coming in. i saw cody and the porsche coming so i didn't want to hold them up in 7-10 because it is "no passing". but it took the porsche a minute to get there so i let him go coming into the turn. not supposed to pass there either but i was fine and i was sure he was comfortable so i let him by. i'm at the 9:55 mark.

cc stg 4= $320ish
cc twin disc= $1000+ish.
Damnit.
i found a pic..finally. i guess with only running six laps i shouldn't expect much. but there were a butt ton of people taking pics of it in the paddock.
Exactly. I have the competition clutch stg 4 and it held the power no prob last year but that was only 450ish. Ppl have held over 500 with it also. 600+ may be a different story depending on how much torque it makes down low. It may be alright for a little while but I have a feeling a twin disc is necessary.

Get a Twin Disc... They are great. Will hold the power without a problem. They shift good too. The SC Performance car had one and its still going strong without a hitch. It makes 650 and has made a ton of passes at the track.
Well here are a few other pics from last night. Nothing special but it was nice gettin the car out of the garage and washed up to take to the fabricators.
Billetness!!

400 on pump gas. should be done. going to have a sleeve b20 84.5mm b20 stroke, fully built b16 head, going to get ctr cams or a small skunk, full race ram horn a/c comp, 3'' dp with full 3'' exhaust. seems reachable to me.
btw, out of curiousity, why do you want a 84.5 mm bore?

Uhhhh ya! Thats gonna be cake. If I were you I would just get the comp clutch stg 4. It will be more than suffecient. Plus its a fraction of the price. The girl who works for them told me hers held 540whp at the track with no issues.

ps its my homies spare motor it was over bored before it became a boost motor. he went from n/a to boost. so thats why. if it where up to me i would just go 85mm from the get go.
