Offical eH squad list.
The steering wheel isnt off center it just pulls to the left. Ive never gotten it aligned since ive owned the car but i think im due for one now lol. Ive been thinking its the tie rods but now that you mention the LCA bushings it could be that too. I think i might start by checking the bushing which would probably be the cheapest fix if that is the problem. Idk what else it could be besides the bushings and rods.
1. All wheels properly balanced - Check
2. Steering rack end bushing - Check
3. Steering rack guide screw - Check
4. Inner & outer tie rods - Check
5. Front wheel bearings - Check
6. Lower ball joints - Check
7. Lower control arm bushings - Check
8. Halfshaft/Axles/CV Joints - Check
9. Upper control arm ball joints - To Be Installed Soon
if you do it side to side that will give you an indictation on your tie rod conditions.
should. any steering/suspension component out of "spec" could or should. i guess the main reason i would think you wouldnt have it with tie rods is because the "thrust angle sucks up the tolerance that is now vacant". sorry for the "big" wording but my mind isnt working properly at the moment. im still stuck on candyland pool and bubble breaker on my phone. kthnxbye.
