Yeah I tried paint thinner. No result. Maybe I'm being too picky about it. I can slap the new one on after I repaint the front end, but there is something about being able to restore the old one and keep the new one in mint condition...Especially with emblems being harder to come by.

sigh..had that hub on my EK until someone decided they wanted a joyride and stole it. took nothing but completely twisted my Mugen hub to break the steering column. Thanks for posting the memories so i can relive my tragedy...

sorry to hear that. Yea it made me sad to because when i just got the hub i had to let go of my civic
