this has a red jdm type r regular VC and no carbon ignition cover, but still has the same intake mani/fuel rail cover with the mugen and rr emblems on it:

i did notice that too. Could be either the Edix, Odessey or Stepwagon. Im leaning towards the Edix or Odessey as the Stepwagon has rear sliding doors.

It's because you have posted 2 diffrent motors. The top one is Type RR experimental spec concept that was at TAS and the bottom one is the Type RR Production model.

The thing is that the bolts that stick out for the struts don't seem to be long enough on my car or both bars have really thick ends. I don't know if you can just replace the bolts with longer ones. I just wanted to see if anyone else had the problem and how they resolved the issue.
