Center caps for the NR-10's for $225. seems like a lot to me but I
do need them. Does that seem like a decent price?

I would buy it. Supply is so rare that if you ever wanted to buy them again, they might not be around.
Demand > Supply in this case.

Buy them!!! If i can sell a set of brand new CF48 centre caps for $250, these things are worth way more than that!!
Besides, you hardly ever see these come up for sale
