Please Change them bolts, you can get them at Ace Hardware.
And for the wire, its a ground, get a Male Bullet Connector 157",
replace original connector, and drill hole in grounding location on
horn button to about .154"-.156", and it will snap in place.

Heres a pic of mine how I did it.
