I had a two sets like that.
Its probably just a Mugen Factory mistake where they ran out of bolts and just used F ones on some rims

I really like the placement of that mugen vinyl on the civic. Never liked the placement on the tegs, thought that mugen teg doesnt even have the vinyl.
