15's are kinda rare but $1000? Come on they look spray painted with overspray on the valve stems and wheel weights plus they are missing the emblems, center caps and wheel discs. Good luck with that...

did Mugen ever make a kit for an 97-99 CL? I am sure it wasn't called a CL in Japan, but did they have a JDM equivalent, and a Mugen kit designed for it? My friend just bought a CL, and wants to do it up. Post pics if you got 'em!

Yes but 15 in all white is pretty hard to come by, especially with all of the brown center caps

only black and silver
even in the brochures

i consider these original...the only thing i did to them is strip off the clear coat on the lip.
