Hung has directly communicated with me and I have good news, sortof... Like I told everyone else, I think Hung is good for it, we just need to give him a bit of time to sort this out.

Why doesn't Hung email/aim/call the people that he owes part to? Why just you medstudent? I mean if he doesn't want to hurt his reputation why doesn't he let his customers know whats going on? Doesn't that seem to be the most logical thing to do....

Cause hung prob doesnt have the 50+ peoples email to let them know would be my guess.... but he could still let them know o n the phone you would think

Sounds sketchy to me either way... frankly, I'll be surprised if the items do show up. That reason/"excuse" is pretty open ended.

And the fact that people are discussing calling the police, filing/pressing charges, getting lawyers and bounty hunters involved... jesus, you would think this guy would try to alleviate people's concerns.

Probably doesn't have people e-mails or phone numbers. Plus he's banned from H-T, so how will he get back to them.

good job at blowing things out of proportion. I had no ideas what priorities were before you said that.

To be honest, I could not get a hold of him either until I got my friend to help me out to re-establish direct communication. My luck I guess. Without him, I would've assumed I got outright scammed. Why he doesn't respond directly, I don't know. But at least he sent me an email to deliver to Honda-Tech which is better than no response at all. Besides, he's been banned and can't post anyway.

For now, I am giving Hung the benefit of the doubt and will give him the time he needs to sort this out (as stated, this may take a few weeks). It is in his best legal interest to get this sorted out and I think he will live up to his end of the deal, eventually.

Dealing with customs and shipping items overseas can be quite a pain, so the "excuse" isn't terribly far-fetched. I have some skepticism too, but at least the emails offer me (and others) some hope that this will get resolved. I would prefer to get my parts (even if it's late) than to involve lawyers and cops (but won't hesitate to use them if necessary).

He hasn't delivered stuff people ordered (including me) and disappeared off the face of the planet for the past month until last night.
