I wouldnt mind having a front lip, but that thing would get ripped off in a heartbeat by the roads of this place. Ive scraped the front bumper a few too many times already...as it sits now.
I dont drive slow, at least slow enough to care about a front lip anyway.

looks like that mugen bumper was made for 96-98 but retrofitted onto 99 up because check the grill..... the space between the headlight and grill is very big and looks just like 96-98 civics...

Nah man I think it's real, look at how perfectly everything matches up. The lines in the hood match up perfect with the bumper and the headlight gap is non existant. I'm certain that was made for 99-00. Unless that guy has an EXTEREMLY good fiberglass guy.
