Found a deal on a bike in ATL, checking on it this weekend.

Comparing frame geometry's between Bianchi Pista, Masi Speciale Fixed & KHS Trackbike.

Bianchi's are pimp, but there are too many in town , Masi's are sold out and the KHS is in ATL.

Truth!

My Pista was at a price I couldn't resist fo my first setup and I will switch the parts over to something better as I save some cash up. I've been eyeing the Bareknuckles lately. They're pretty nice looking.

Put in about 31 miles and almost got caught in some T Storms out in the boonies in Ohio today. My calves are killing me!

buy a nice used frame. those bareknuckles are made out of crap and have the absolute worst welds I have ever seen. they are complete garbage

for the same price you could buy an olmo or debernardi. both are a step up in craftsmanship. if I were you I would save another 2 hundred bucks and buy something alot nicer

not trying to be rude, just point you in the right direction

How much difference will a 'track based' geometry affect the ride? I mean this raliegh works as is, really good minus a few things. I even rode it w/a few drinks in me coming home tonight

Anyway a KHS is for sale in ATL and I could look @ it this Saturday and ride it. So my question is will I benefit from having that track geometry v. a touring geometry much?

Hey, no biggie.

I'm always eyeing the beautiful welds on my dad's Lemond and my Tiawanese mass market frame sucks so bad in comparison. I have yet to see a Bareknuckle in person so I'll take your word for it.

Thanks for the heads up man.

BURN!

< So, I need to buy a headlight of some sort, buddy of mine lives about 15 min away and biking back lightless wasn't too smart, empty roads though, blinky rear light keeps cars from ramming me though

dui's on a bike, what why? It doesn't require a liscense to operate, so how do they take it away?

wheel stickers? props for the idea and I'd consider em, but in my area i don't need stickers to make my bike original. i've only met one other young guy who claimed to ride fixed

I asked a couple officers that were standing around last semester about this and a few other things, and they said if your riding on the street then you are treated with the same rules as a regular vehicle... except there is no helmet law for cyclists... i guess i can't go fast enough to get hurt?

actually speed limit is like 30mph every where on campus, so i was trying to get a ticket for speeding on my bike so i could frame it... until i found out that the ticket was like $120 instead of like a $10 parking ticket...

oh yeah these are mississippi laws, so yours might be different over there in GA andy
