profiles are in no way the "lightest" hub. but they are built rock solid.

gran compes spin like butter for the price, best bang for the buck is formula. when the stock bearings crap out replace em with phil bearings and you have a budget phil hub ad a fraction of the weight.

well profiles are lighter than phil hubs, and slightly less than dura ace. Suzue pro max and pro max carbon are both heavier than the dura ace, so Im not sure which is lighter than the profile..

the numerous low flanges (dura-ace, campy record), american classics, chubs. if you really look they can easily be found. the ones you named were all high flanges

phils are notorious for being heavy

^ Holy raver bike batman!!

97gsrki, what kind of rollers/for how much did you end up getting? I actually came to the thread to catch up and see if anyone had any suggestions on rollers, itchin for someting to work on my spinning once rainy season starts here.

P.s. gotta get up in five hours and head out to this (After riding a 40 mile round trip commute + critical mass + 8 hours of peddicabbing last night...ughh):

Off to the sack on that note...
