My distributor base is polished, fuel rail is polished, and the passenger mount is polished, so I think it will look pretty good. With the intake being wrapped the bling factor isn't so bad. If it looks bad I can always sand it down and throw some black paint on it...

Clean as bay in the red hatch

 

I think one of those polished $25 APC intake arms from advance auto with a nice filter would make your bay look 10x cleaner. And yeah a polished cover or the 99-00 y8 header would look great

 

I have a polished intake under the heat wrap... I just got sick of looking at it. I think I'm going to get it PC'd gloss black eventually.

not more drop.. more tire, less wheel. would give it more of a track built feel.

It really wasn't that bad... 800 grit, 1000 grit, 1500 grit, 1500 with metal polish and then a buffing wheel on my dremel with just some regular car polish. Cleaned the metal polish off with some alcohol and threw some wax on it. I haven't touched it in years and it still stays nice and shiny.

I've found my rake has saved my exhaust more than once, I will be droopping the rear but not nearly as much as the front

Nah, only seen it once or twice quick to be honest with you.

 

Next time take a look at his rear quarters good, focus round the wheel well

 

We got mountains for speed bumps here. My resonator got scrapes for days
