its really not noticeable, im just picky lol where the bumper meets the fender on both sides is not as tight as I would like it to be. I think if I put a nut and bolt there instead of the factory plastic screw thing I could tighten it up to my liking but I just have not yet lol

yea I know what you mean, mine has been off quite a few times. My charge pipes touch the back side of the bumper so unless I redo them I just have to live with it but its not bad at all..

no, i dont have turbo. this was back when i had a single cam. 2.5" piping would never allow the bumper to fit snug with the car and line up perfectly with the fenders. i was having to manhandle the bumper into place and force the bolts in. i went to a 2.25 piping setup and the bumper fit like oem. it just slid right into place without having to to manhandle anything to get it to fit. with the smaller piping and a crome tune still made 170hp on 7 psi with a greddy kit. my clutch started to slip so we couldnt push it anymore. this was on an all stock 180k d16z6, lol
