Thats what I had, until the bolt came off and I didn't have a bolt that small (6mm) and so I replaced it with zipties.
Thats not the best thing out there though. It really sucks to turn the wheel and have to whip out a ratchet. It needs to be something that unlocks easily. Maybe something that pops open when a button is pressed? Idk!

Never seen those. Possible to get those hidden and easy to release? SSR bumper releases for example work good but theyre outside and they're easy for anyone to take out. Hardware needs to be inside and easy to remove but also have a lock or special key or something that makes it so that not anyone can take it out. Know what I mean?
Unless you can devise a hidden diy way to make a quick release work...have at it.
Those SSR things look so gay and don't even hold the bumper tight against the fender...ask REZA...he tried them on his integra at the track and said they sucked nardz.
Whats it like to have a beautiful Canary yellow rhd eg on spoons? Seriously my dream right there!
yea i use the bolt with washer and a nut too. works great. i could never resort to putting zipties on anything on my car. specially when you pay alot for a front cf lip, like a spoon or bys. cant take any chances.
My whole front end fits like ****. It drives me ****in nuts!!!!! I spent a three hours adjusting it when it got back from paint and it came out alright. I still need the actual bar that goes across the front though. God I hate my front end.
This is what i did, replaced with a Nut + bolt and two washers.
Fits perfect now

Same here! Now if I can only get the center of the bumper to fit that well.
I have a pet peeve about rattles, so my interior is bolted together with as much torque as possible. My bumper is held on by a long 10mm bolt, two washers and a nylon locking nut on each side. I've also found if you bend the tab on the inside of the fender up as much as possible it helps keep the gap tight.
and now I can't hear it rattle lol. Your car looks good, but you need a new tripod. Buy my manfrotto tripod + manfrotto ball head
Yea the center is the area that I have a problem with too. Do you still have the Styrofoam under the bumper cover? I dont and I wonder if that would help hold it up.
I also have a big intercooler behind the bumper so that makes it a little tricky too lol
Thanks man. I have a tripod, but was just too lazy to go get it after washing three cars..... My camera sucks tripod or not though.
[QUOTE=WhiteSlipsWithStickers;43891426]I notched the holes in the bumper a little to pull the bumper forward and also used washers between the bumper and the radiator support to bring the bumper up to fill the gap between the bumper and hood. You may try that out.
I Was Just About to try the Same Thing on my Front Bumper.
well see

I lined the hood up where I wanted it to the fenders and then put several washers under each hole between the bumper and rad support as needed. You may have to get longer 10mm bolts too.
Yes mine still has the foam. I thought if I removed it, it might fit better. haha
I'll try that, notch them in front of the holes right? Also what brakes do you have?
