anyway...ive already PMed jbs a long time ago about those ducts....just not cost effective for me...as im in a whole different continent. ive already bought the J's Racing style ducts anyway..

looks cleaner to me... but i really would wanna see a bunch of cars with both ducts on them (unmodded)... similar to this.. but with more angles and perhaps the white car+flat black duct combo

thats not my car.... just the best sample I can find online of a white hatch with doube air ducts....coz im wondering whether to fit my airducts as is or to trim them down abit.

my plates r smack at the center...where the mounting holes are

quick question, i keep reading different **** from google and want to get a solid answer..

i have a d16y8 in my 92 hatch, and right now i'm throwing a code for my iacv. i have a chipped p28 with a d16y8 basemap, so i'm wondering how my wiring should be setup to work correctly with the engine/ECU combo. mainly need to know if i need a 2 or 3 wire setup and the correct pinouts on the ECU they should run to.

so I figured out I have a 2 wire iacv, and the blue/yellow wire goes to pin A11. I didn't trace the wire 100% since its taped up in the harness, but there is a blue/yellow wire in A11.

with that said, the only other two possibilities I'm thinking are the iacv isn't getting power from the other wire, or the iacv is bad in itself. I cleaned it already though so I know it's not clogged..

 

kinda have to agree.... not digging the full duct fitted on a white hatch...

but since black on black looks pretty good... now im wondering about spraying the ducts white to match my car and see how it looks like white on white... hahahahahhahaha

Thanks man! You need to get someone in your area to do something similar for you at a few track days/events. You make it a family affair and proposed to your fiance at a driver's meeting. That is way cooler than me sitting in my garage talking about old cars and random car topics.

Thanks guys! It was a 40 minute interview about all kinds of different topics and I swear my buddy was trying to make me talk about stuff that would get me teary eyed and it worked haha. When I laughed real hard at the end it was because I looked up and his girlfriend was tearing up and sniffling and she had never even met me before. It was a pretty fun experience and hopefully we can do part 2 sometime...

 

Awww....now I'm crying!

I hope part II has more of the car driving. Love that car. I get that it wasn't a driving video, and more about ownership.
