well finally got my new (well, used, but newly bought) 5Zigen FN01R-C (15x7 +33) refurbished and fitted to the car....and it looks so goooooooddd....i know it may not be for everyone, but it definitely tickles my fancy :D
pictures seriously dont do it justice since the only camera i have is a 5mp phone camera in the form of the Motorola Defy android phone....anyway
went from this...

to this

got them painted in Candy Blue and fitted 205/50/15 Federal 595 RS-R

and check out that caliper clearance! (prelude BB1/BB4 brakes) with the old Rota Auto X (15x6.5 +40) i could barely fit a credit card in there hahaha

Full car shot.

and my boy seems to approve too! :D

Looks great to me! Let us know how you like those tires. I've been thinking about getting a set, but can't find any good reviews except for much larger tire sizes.
If you don't mind asking him how much he would charge to do a simple mini ram or even a log for T25 flange DSM turbo I'd appreciate it. I'm not ready to do anything yet, but it's always good to have other options. I wouldn't even need a wastegate flange or anything so it would be super simple.
I think I will see him tomorrow and I will ask him about it. Would just suck to see you put all that time into the car and go with a manifold that will fall apart. My first manifold was a cheap log and it cracked all over the place and warped at the thin *** head flange

You pretty much build the kit around the manifold. Once you change manifolds your downpipe, charge pipes, dump tube and oil return will have to be modified so it pays in the long run to get something that wont fail.....or is at least worth fixing lol
There you go man! lol
Looks like a turbo kit in the hatch back area??
Finally started to work on my car again after 2 years of it sitting in the storage unit. Unfortunately, my Spoon spoiler got damaged during shipping. Got almost all the interior back in and r crew 3" exhaust on. Just need to get a flex pipe welded on.
i based my purchase on the reviews online...n yeah bigger sizes though there are occasional 15" reviews
but id take haylex's word though :D
but my take so far.... at the same tire pressure... theyre definitely stiffer than the Toyo T1R heh
also, a friend fitted the same size rsr a day before i did... he did mention that he went through a big puddle accidentally and the car just went straight...no swerving no nothing

I have a quick question, has anyone here put on LS integra sway bars on their EG? cause I dont really want to spend a lot of money on sway bars at the moment, and LS integra sway bars are cheap, so I was just wondering if that would do the trick for now, this is my daily which gets driven hard at the canyons once a week.
It depends entirely on what you are looking for and how you want your car to handle. If you do not know this then an LS sway bar might be a good starting point for you. Put it on and see how it changes the handling characteristics of the car, if it suits your driving style then maybe you will want to eventually go bigger.
After countless lowballs. I've decided to keep the car. Hopefully I can get something together by spring time. Picking up a new block this week, or whenever its not snowing...
