its not fluctuating idle. its consistent at 900rpm. car idles at 1500 after "getting on it" but when you step on the pedal it goes down.

no misfire or anything when the motor was running. i built this motor about 4 years ago. no over heating problem.

 

 

i'm not questioning you building abilities i was just wundering if it was running like **** before it went down.

i didnt to sound like an ***. im just saying the motor was fine before all this happened.

 

If your running OBD 0 , the dizzy seems to take a **** for no reason at all . Problem is less common on OBD 1 .

 

its obd1. so we got the dizzy from another car and it works fine. and we also found the old obd1 LS dizzy in my backyard. swapped the rotor and cap, now the car runs clean.

its actually quite at idle but gets louder once rpm goes up
