Hey guys, my sister-in-law's wagon got rear ended last weekend and got totalled. I'm buying it from her to part out. It's a Frost White 1991, auto, FWD, blue interior. It's in good shape except the rear bumper area. If there is anything you need, PM me. I should have some pics and a part-out thread later in the week.

Central Oklahoma. It's a long story. I almost bought this wagon in the summer of '07, but then I ran across my sedan and couldn't pass it up. The wagon stayed up for sale for a couple more months when my brother's wife ended up needing a car she could haul her massage table in. They did tons of maint. stuff to it and she drove it until last weekend when she got rear-ended by an old man in an F150.
This is my 12th Honda total and my 4th EF. There was the '89 CRX Si, the '90 DX hatch, my current '91 LX sedan and now the wagon.

Yea I want to get one just to mess with. But I think Imma wait til I move to Tennessee cuz I won't have to get a motorcycle license just to ride a damn Ruckus. Damn these Cali laws. Haha.

bill i'm looking at a silver 08'. still has factory warranty til dec 12'. i've wanted one so bad for the last couple years. the fiance finally gave me the thumbs up. i think the pictures of you & your lady convinced her

Well some parts came in, so the next thing is finding the time to do thw work.
Following parts are 1993 YS1 GS-R transmission, all new genuine Honda/Acura bearings and seals for it, new HASport anodized black EFB1 mount kit, new HASport shift linkages, and a Skunk2 short shifter. All I lack are the two shifter linkage stabilizer bar poly bushings, and the countershaft and mainshaft 5th gears from a YS1 LS. I'm not going to rob them from my current LS, so I'm either looking for a bad YS1 LS tranny or possibly will end up buying new ones from Acura.
So I will likely have some good condition AZ Race machine mounts (they are like 70A poly - I opted for softer 62A HASports by choice) and a no-grinds YS1 LS tranny for sale soon. The LS tranny has no grinds, but in all honesty I can hear what are the begginings of bearing noise likely from the countershaft top bearings. I could easily have sold it without disclosing the bearing noise because it's pretty much non existant to those who don't know what to listen for, but I'm not a dishonest seller. This isn't so much a classifieds/for sale topic so I'll just discuss that in the dedicated topic when the time comes.
Anywhoo can't wait to drop it all in.
