NO - at least not without an adapter.
The 99-00 Si has a completely different plug than the 90-01 Integra and 88-95 Civics. If you're good with wiring an adapter harness can be made, but if you're not a wiring guy adapter harnesses can be purchased to make it plug and play.
I had a 00 Si head unit in my wife's 92 Civic and I used an adapter harness made by a local radio shop guy who was into Hondas. This was probably 5 years ago so unfortunately I have no way to contact the guy.

im gonna order a couple more from from them soon. i had the ''mr.sparkle'' in black but u could barely see it. i got washer squirters from colin today but the mail wripped open the envelope & only 1 came. luckily i only needed one
