Man anyone paint a set of rims ? Thinking of doing up my set of BBS Lightweights . Black center and polished lip . Not sure what to use as far as paint . Want something that's not going to fade or look like crap in a few months .

 

Ive seen people use engine enamel paint before. I think they have special paint for wheels too. Check your local hardware store.

u-joints are going on the wagon. i've got a wild vibration coming from the rearend @ 50mph in every gear. honda doesnt sell just certain parts so it's going to be an expensive rebuild.

 

even at super low mph? 5 mph?

 

nah just at 50, then vibrates until the shaft balances out. i tried it in 5th,4th,3rd, all did the same thing. i'm talking wild/ feels like it's gonna bust loose vibration. from the rearend

 

if your coasting at 50 in 4th, than shift to 5th while staying at 50, does the frequency of the vibration change?

 

once it begins i automatically want to slow down so i take it out of gear & break. it will still vibrate all the way down to 40 or so. i know it's not the tires cause i just had these rebalanced after the trade. plus it did it at the same point with the 14's. my service maunaul says to check u-joints & mounting bearings.

 

how are your axles?

 

replaced about 2 years ago with advanceauto axles
