I have a 3" turbo back and I catch the resonator maybe once every 3-4 months around here. and that included delivering pizzas for 2 years. and I took it on some pretty ****ed up roads.

Re: del Sol Owner's Club Thread v 2.0!
guess thats the plus of doing the exhaust yourself. even with 3" I had that **** tucked up in the tunnel to where the belly of my sol was the lowest thing save for the resonator where it bulged out from the rest of the piping.
Re: del Sol Owner's Club Thread v 2.0!
If I had the skills and tools, I would definitely fab my own exhaust.
The local exhaust shop worked on mine (chopped up a 92-95 sedan/coupe A'PEXi WS2 to fit my sol) and they made it fit pretty good. Only problem areas for me are the cat and resonator.
I think my cat is screwed up. I think it hit a speed bump too hard and the insides broke up a little bit. It's making a rattling noise from that area at idle, I still need to get under there and look. As much as I hate them, I might be getting a test pipe... I don't want to buy another cat just to have this happen again.

Re: del Sol Owner's Club Thread v 2.0!
yea thats why I picked up cheap universal cats. I think the 3" regular I put on my jeep was like $35 shipped and the high flow 3" I put on the sol was around $50-ish
