Here are a couple new parts I got installed.

have you ever dyno'ed your motor? I want that header to clear a/c but I also want a header to make the most h.p. for my N.A. build. It seems what ever header for sale thread with dyno results prover there better than the next guy. So it's hard to believe what really works.

No haven't had it on a dyno yet.
butt dyno says less torque at low RPM's and more HP at high.
Usualy I would have gone with a 4-2-1 and get some more usable power in the middle but I am planing on installing my JR supercharger so That wont be an issue.

good stuff boom3r

we got one of those headers sitting here at the shop waiting to be installed and tested

already tested a few of the tri-ys and they made good power. especially considering the price

That's impossible to say. Just adjust the coilovers, test, repeat.

I don't even think you can lower a Sol on 205/40/17's without it rubbing if you don't roll the fenders.

Because it's not a gay indiglo clock APEX'i VAFC or a fake-turbo-timer Fields.

It was free, and it has it's purposes. I'm not going to set my VTEC to maaaddd JDM 2400 RPM engagement and fly to the moon on my rocket sled.

Well knowing your level of experience on our cars, I knew there had to be a serious reason because I know that you know better than to just randomly change the VTEC engagement point. I was just wondering what the specific purpose was.

im not a fan of "piggy back" components.

correct me if im wrong but all that does is change the vtec engagement rpm, AFTER the signal has left the ecu? so the ecu is gunna switch to the high lobe fuel map at the stock vtec crossover, regardless of what the vtec controller has mover the crossover to.

Correct. I really don't get the point. If you want to change the VTEC engagement point the right way to do it is chip the ECU.

It's not just a 3-wire potentiometer into the ECU. It has a brainbox, and it is my understanding that it changes the fuel map along with the engagement point. Honda's run pig-rich stock anyhow, so I don't see this starving me for fuel at any point.

Anyhow, it won't see much use except for lowering it for SOLO-II (when I won't ever hit 5600), or moving it above the stock engagement point to just cruise on the freeway long-distance.

It's a universal ignition plate. Switch for kill and push button interrupt for starting.
