It isn't completely done yet. Still have some steps to go before the official drop in.

Good looking out, though!

I use my sidekick for h-t so I have no alert about pm's, I try to check them every few days due to my fs thread but I lag

Hopefully gonna buy a new sidekick tomorrow cuz I cannot see the screen when I open my phone. It looks like recaro confetti lol

I don't even proofread before I type
I just hope it makes sense

speaking of lower fogs, just recently/finally put my jdm eg2 fogs on my car last weekend

Bought them a while ago just to have and planned on reselling but instead just tried them on to see if I could get them to fit and if I liked them and they/I both did

Took a bit of custom bracket fabbing, but nothing too difficult...

Love how the shape fits perfectly snug and have to thanks memphis a bit for telling me they'd fit a while ago

notice how they still say eg2 on the housing (too lazy and too much in a rush to wipe it off)

got rid of my other cheap temp ones
only thing they were good for is they were pretty damn bright and the nice yellow color I wanted

new fogs light output at night:

fogs shoot a pretty straight beam too so I mounted them even

lowbeam

highbeam

headlights aren't even with fogs so still need some adjusting

i also taped around my one pieces so the light from the headlights wouldn't light up the bumper and make the whole thing glow...so much better now ...although i still need some more as it still lights up the hood a bit...alright for now tho and already a big improvement

The fogs now have clear lenses with white bulbs right now and like them since they look "clean" and match the jdm one pieces, which I also like since they are both stanley and have the oem "lines" through them

But want yellow lights again eventually, maybe just with yellow bulbs first and then with the real jdm stanley lenses (pretty sure eg civic fogs are the same...)

I wish I had your work ethic and brainpower to be able to do my own **** like you..

God, whenever I need anything done - I'm on the phone trying to find someone to do it for me. I just wag around money in my hand hoping someone will help.

my pms pop up for me and i just leave them open until i respond, but then i shut down firefox or something and they go away and forget about them and don't check

i hate when i'm on another computer and get a pop up pm but since its not on my computer i forget about it...reason for 99% of unanswered pms for me...

and the worse is how you can't enlarge it at all or post pics cause its messes the window all up with spacing and everything...have to go in your im history to read it

but all in all i like it, its hybrid im and e-mail...gives you time to respond verse IM but not in a send/reply format like pms on other sites with a 50 msg limit

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by del_barry &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I use my sidekick for h-t so I have no alert about pm's, I try to check them every few days due to my fs thread but I lag

x2 with my iphone, but i only use that when i'm on the go or away from lan/wifi and my computer is my primary source for HT, so my pms pop up on there

truth is with the way i post, the iphone just can't keep up although i'm getting faster

but still not being able to copy and past and post pictures is a drawback

thanks man,

it takes days where all i do is work on the del sol for hours to get all the stuff i plan to do done and the way i want it done

really only do it for myself cause thats the only way i'll be satisfied with the outcome and force myself to figure a lot of stuff out...

but don't get me wrong, i still get a lot of help but eventually i learn from help to do it on my own...somethings i still won't touch and don't trust myself doing

also i've learned if you rely on people too much it holds you back and have to wait, so the other half of why i do things myself is I'm impatient (which isn't always a good thing and sometimes i should def just wait and have it done right )

like with my LCAs, wanted help to get my old oem ones out forever but it never came so just did it myself and it worked out...took a while but got it done and now i know how to do it for next time...

Still on a 15x7 +38 rim (yes I m going to roll the fenders and probably need a spacer)

I just wonder if the 225 is to much for a 7inch rim and if there will be to much sidewall flex. </TD></TR></TABLE>

Chris... you're insane right?

Just to put into perspective, Impreza STi's have a 17x8 inch rim and 225 width tires are nice and square.

Personally if you ask me, 205 is the perfect balance for grip, fuel economy and drivability.

well ****** still need to remove H brace, ASR and ITR shift boot(will be doing all that later tonight....god I love having a garage ), other than that and still needing a good detailing it's ready to go bye bye....IDK why but I almost like the look of it better with fat 5s & no spoiler....makes it seem so much simpler IMO

I'll def. be coming back a lot still though, you guys(with the exception of a few tools) are way chiller than any other crew on HT by far.

so tommorow plans are:
go to audio shop, get alarm and headunit removed
detail car
meet Rich in hawthorne for the trade
Pick up aftermarket hood on return from dude in LAX

what up guys... I use to lurk around this thread when i had a del sol and posted once but have been out for a while. anyways I sold my del sol a while back after it was hit so i have a few parts for sale. I'd like to keep them since i'm sure to get another one again some day but money is tight so they got to go.

For sale:
Rear mud flaps
OEM floor mats
glove box (dash w. airbag)
driver door panel (w. lock/unlock switch)
Rear pannel w/ fog and fillers

last but not least
ameripol top- I personally payed alot for it since i was new to the del sol and didn't know what it was worth & i ended up paying $900 for it I know its alot but I'll take any reasonable offer

PM offers
thanks
