i think if you disconnect your cold side charge pipe and throw a filter on it, i doubt it would hurt anything.

because you're running the small greddy turbo I would HIGHLY reccomend taking advantage of AAA.

if you must drive it leave all the pipes connected(disconnecting them while driving can overspool the turbo due to no resistance on the compressor side = blown turbo) and stay VERY low in the RPM range like 5th gear @ less than 35mph LOL

I had a much bigger turbo, but I drove my car for 3,000+ miles breaking in my motor before tuning and I never had a problem. Just stay light on the gas pedal. It sucks, but can be done. avoid hills! higher gears and low rpm's isn't always the solution either. The key is less load, which might mean downshifting for a hill. Watch your boost gauge and shift accordingly.

It's not so easy anymore, 6 months ago we couldn't import anything pre '96 unless it was +15 years old, now it's anything '00 (unless it's a GF honda, i.e, '99 GF-EK9 civic type R for emisions). And now, any car imported after june 1st has to run a cat converter. Although any car that was already here pre june 1st, doesn't have to run one

That civic is pretty cool, give it a lick of paint to keep your missus happy (my missus hates my matt black accord haha ) and then its SOL TIME!!! I didn't even know you'd sold up! I'm so outta sync!

Cheers Fake, Wray's right, it's a Orthia, and has CRV headlights and EK civic just about everything else apart from the trunk.

So i just got back from the local drags; the most interesting thing there was a 12 second gsr.

Earlier today i went & took some pics with my roomie & his new gsxr. Only thing that changed on my car since the last pics are the new hood & bumper (lol) and the paintmatched lip.

If you're on coilovers, raise it up, otherwise you can just take off the front bumper

very impressive
I was planning and ready to go last night, but weather was iffy and pretty sure it got rained out (even tho it was wierd how it really never rained at the shop were I was at, but poured in all the surrounding areas)

anyways, the even is still on for this morning/afternoon so I'm headed there now
a lot of high horsepower cars will be running today so it should be fun
i just want to be able to drive there and back home w/o a problem

Nah acutally i don't think you could actually do a short post.. The sad thing is that some of them are so long I'm like [freak] were are the cliff notes.
There like Novelas
but they usually have some good pictures and some tid bit's..

Anyways on to your second post and I'm not going threw that one to snag a picture either.
brake light.. Meh
Lug nuts. </TD></TR></TABLE>
lol..guess thats true
thanks
but you know its a rear fog (switch on/off) and not a third/fourth brake light (wired to lights) right?
although thats what others have mistaken it for before and made fun of for

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by sohc95vtec-t &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">DAMN YOU WILL!!!!! i saw those f/s too, i ALMOST pm'd the guy saying id buy them, but saw you were intrested.. what a STEAL.. i want some extendeds bad.. my shorts arnt cutting it</TD></TR></TABLE>
don't blame me, blame vy for helping me out lol

yea i saw you posted in the thread as well, but figured you wouldn't buy since you already had a set of the r26s
they were a pretty good deal and the seller even cut me a deal on shipping
even tho he said he had 3 or 4 other buyers waiting to buy if I didn't want them and waited for me to respond...
that what I call a good seller and one of the best I bought from on H-T, unlike a few of the flakers or ones that sold to local friends

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by broketuner-Sol_Si &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">hey will wanna trade wheels? </TD></TR></TABLE>
sure , except shipping costs would be killer for each of us to ship
trading is usually easier when your not coast to coast and more of a local thing
but you could always sell your wheels to the many people you say are interested, providing they don't flake or default on the payment plan you got going
and then just buy mine, which i'd be more than happy to send np
maybe we could work something out for the trunk and wing

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Fake &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">
and to the wiring guru ...your rear fog looks nice
and your lugs are

lol @ the new nickname
nysh was the one that said it first right?
anyways, thanks man

Coupes don't have 4 doors bro. And it's not an EG... It's part Rover.
